behind the design
Creating art since the day I could hold a pencil, I have gone through the ups and downs of the whole creative process, from too many ideas at midnight not allowing me to sleep, to art blocks for months, even years. The thing that always made me come back to the art process was the letting go of any expectations, not comparing this piece with the previous one, nor demanding every new one to be better than the previous one. Additionally, reconnect with the feeling of ecstasy you feel noticing the small things, drawing under the light of my lamp, and finding beauty everywhere around me, even in things some people would find unpleasing to look at. It's sort of similar to what being in love feels like, but in this situation, you're in love with the small mindful moments of life. You start viewing life as a movie, and you make your scenes appealing and fall in love with them for what they are.
